The governor of Primorsky Krai Vladimir Miklushevsky disposed to accelerate transition to electronic document management, and also to make use of positive experience of the Republic of Tatarstan in providing state services in electronic form, report in the Ministry of informatization and communication of Tatarstan.
According to the head of department of office-work of administration staff of Primorsky Krai Vyacheslav Mikhaylov the electronic document management system of Practician is more convenient in comparison with the Case (EOS Group) system which is nowadays used in administration of Primorye. For example, it provides a possibility of signing of documents the electronic signature that is extremely important from the legal point of view.
Vladimir Miklushevsky set the task to completely cover a system administration of Primorsky Krai and also local government authorities in all municipal Entities of Primorye.
According to the vice governor of Primorsky Krai Irina Skorobogatova to start trial operation of an electronic document management system of Practician perhaps in August of the current year. It will allow to make the decision on purchase of this or that version of a system by the time of when the budget of Primorsky Krai for 2013 is adopted Vladimir Miklushevsky agreed with such approach, having added that a system needs to be made available and from mobile devices that its users had an opportunity to work with documents in any place.
Vladimir Miklushevsky paid attention and to need of the fastest transition to receiving the state services in electronic form which are most demanded by the population, including using the software developed in Tatarstan.
Today in Primorsky Krai 29 services selected on survey results the website of the governor of Primorsky Krai are transferred to an electronic form (according to regulating documents of the government and solutions of a government subcommittee on implementation of IT). Also within the concluded government contracts interdepartmental interaction in electronic form is developed, in particular, 35 services should be developed for federal authorities, 17 services for interaction at the edge level, 64 adapters to services of federal authorities. Are transferred to an electronic form of 14 socially important services. To department of communication and mass communications of Primorsky Krai assignment is given to make use of experience of the Republic of Tatarstan at transfer of the most demanded services to an electronic form, considering at the same time already working services.
