Igor Podolyanchenko was born in 1972 in Novosibirsk. In 1994 graduated from the Novosibirsk electrotechnical institute of communication (now the Siberian state university of telecommunications and information science) in "Automatic telecommunication".
Professional activity of I. Podolyanchenko began in 1993 the engineer in department of data transmission of JSC NGTS (afterwards JV NGTS Novosibirskogo of Sibirtelecom branch of JSC), then became the deputy chief engineer for new technologies, and in 2003 – the head of department of new technologies of general directorate of JSC Sibirtelecom.
Raising the professional grade, in 2004 I. Podolyanchenko passed the "Master of Business Administration (MVA)" program in the International university in Moscow. Thanks to the gained knowledge and experience in 2007 held a post of the director of the department of technical development of general directorate of JSC Sibirtelecom (after MRF "Siberia" of JSC Rostelecom). In 2010 received a departmental award of the Ministry of Telecom and Mass Communications for professional merits – an honorary title "The master of communication".
On June 13, 2012 Igor Podolyanchenko is appointed the associate director of NVision Siberia, branch of Nvision Group company in Novosibirsk, MRF "Siberia" of JSC Rostelecom which was earlier holding a position of the director of the department of development of communication networks. As the associate director of NVision Siberia I. Podolyanchenko is engaged in improvement of operating activities of branch and business process optimization.
