Systems of personnel management (HRMS) 2010: the most complete research in Russia
Analysts of the TAdviser center announced completion of an annual research of personnel management systems (HRMS) presented at the Russian market. During preparation of the report experts considered all solutions of this class available in Russia. According to the received results 28 "live" HRM systems were revealed. Information on 737 HRM projects which are carried out in our country and about 331 companies integrators having experience in implementation of personnel management systems is collected.
The main objective of the prepared report was collecting of the most complete and reliable information about functionality of HRM systems, the cost of their implementation and use (TSO) and also about experience of already implemented projects in Russia. During the research data more than about 400 projects on implementation of automated control systems for personnel in our country are collected.
For the analysis of opportunities of HRM systems presented at the Russian market were used as open sources of information to which news materials, advertizing and technical supplier materials, periodic publications in the press and discussions at thematic forums, and the internal informations of suppliers of HRM systems and own materials of the researcher closed, in particular, belong.
