The Egoplast company completes an ERP solution implementation project

The IT-Box company integrator completed an implementation project of Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009 in Egoplast company.

Background

The Egoplast company reached the level of the high-organized, in a most up-to-date way technically equipped, cost-efficient, being in permanent development structure, the industrial sector. The company management came to a conclusion that the Microsoft Dynamics AX 3.0 system, became outdated and set to itself the object - to optimize the current work and to implement a new system, remaining on the same platform.

The customer formulated project objectives. Transfer of all business processes automated in the current software version to a new technology platform of Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009, optimization of the modified functionality and transition to the maximum use of standard functionality of a system became key tasks. A possibility of use of functionality of the production block in the future, and risk reduction, connected with absence of qualified specialists in an outdated software version.

As a result of the held tender the IT-Box company was selected.

Solution

During the project the IT-Box company carried out adaptation and refactoring of functionality of the module "Settlings with Clients" and also rendered consulting services. The project began on June 1, 2011, and already on January 10, 2012 an old system was disconnected, all staff of the company began work in the new version of the accounting system.

Result

As a result of implementation of Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009 the company management achieved cutting of costs for support of an information system due to failure from excess non-standard functionality, and also received a new technology platform which will allow to consider all requirements of the growing business.
