In "The center of wireless technologies" upgrade the automation system of the reporting of the company

INTALEV Group completed the project on automation of management accounting and the reporting on affiliated enterprise Nokia Siemens Networks of OOO corporation "TSBT" implementation of the software product "INTALEV: Corporate management".

Reduction of terms of report generation and optimization of management accounting became the main effects of automation.

Background

The 1C: Enterprise configuration used at the enterprise did not allow to solve assigned tasks in this connection the decision on involvement of third-party specialists in the field of automation of enterprise management systems and also is made on implementation of the software product for accounting and reporting according to IFRS.

For this purpose the company management addressed to the Siberian office "INTALEV". It was decided to implement at the enterprise the software product "INTALEV: Corporate management"

Solution

The project of setting of corporate accounting took three months. The main objectives at this stage became: automation of data transfer from an accounting/operational circuit on the managerial chart of accounts and adjustment of data according to managerial account policy. Considering specifics of a company performance, all elements were created in two languages – Russian and English.

As noted in the company, implementation did not give an inconvenience to the divisions which are not involved in the project did not entail stops in business activities of the enterprise and violations of operability of a basic equipment "1C: Enterprise".
