Navicon completed the project of workflow automation in World of Products DESAN company. Within the project work with preparation and approval of agreements was optimized. The project is implemented using the Document flow Navicon system created by specialists of the company based on Microsoft SharePoint Server 2010 and Nintex Workflow 2010.

Formalization and automation of process of approval of agreements was one of the relevant tasks standing before "The world of products DESAN".

For the choice of the platform of automation of this task by the management Desan the most known modern solutions were considered. As a result a choice was made for benefit of the solution Navicon Document flow, Navicon created by specialists. Both companies connect long-standing partnership: The IT company successfully implemented the ERP system in Desana and automated budgeting.

When implementing the project the graphic designer of workflows of Nintex Workflow 2010 whose functionality just allows users to drag business process elements in a working window was used. IT specialists and ordinary users without programming can easily and quickly automate business processes of any complexity: from the statement of a simple holiday before compound integration with external applications and data sources.

The following tasks were set for a project team:

  • provide observance of regulations of processes of document flow;
  • reveal problem points in approval and optimize terms of approval of agreements;
  • give to the customer an opportunity to create an agreement base in electronic form.

Within project implementation by specialists of Navicon algorithms of approval of 11 agreement types were configured, in particular:

  • deliveries taking into account payment by installments of payments and prepayment,
  • purchases of goods, works and services,
  • purchases of import goods, etc.

Besides, mechanisms of approval of requests in IT service were configured.


"The implemented solution allowed us to look in a different way at one of the most labor-consuming business processes of the company – approval of agreements. We understood at what stage process of approval is slowed down which of employees works not quickly and took measures for change of a situation. Thanks to accurate regulations, today we can trace all stages of approval of the agreement, to see the most complete information on its conditions, to create separate archive where already negotiation documents are stored, and if necessary quickly to find necessary. Cooperation with Navicon company was very productive therefore we plan further joint development of a system of approval of agreements.
