Born April 6, 1967 in Moscow, Russia.

Education

1992 - graduated from the Moscow Institute of Radio Electronics and Automation (MIREA) with a degree in Radio Engineering.

Career

1991-1992 - worked at the Moscow Commodity Exchange.

1992 - founded the construction company Augur Estate.

1994-1995 - headed the company "White Eagle," which was engaged in the import of vodka.

1995 - established the first company of Rusagro the agro-industrial group, and began selling white sugar.

1997 - Head of Sugar Trading Company CJSC.

1997 - bought the first sugar factory, before that[4] was engaged in importing sugar from Ukraine].

Since 1999 - founder, co-owner of the general director of Rusagro CJSC.

Criminal case

2025: Detention after searches at Rusagro

In March 2025, Rusagro announced the arrest of the founder of the holding Vadim Moshkovich after searches in the company. Together with Moshkovich, several people were detained. The procedural status of the businessman has not yet been determined. The criminal case was initiated under Part 4 of Art. 159 of the Criminal Code (fraud). This article provides for punishment up to ten years in prison. The case is being conducted by the Investigative Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs "on the fact of theft in companies with which Rusagro was in business relations."[11]
