Content

The Life financial group transferred more than 360 offices which are a part of group to IT outsourcing of I-Teco. The project proceeds.

Transferred to I-Teco (i-Teco) network IT infrastructure of Life financial group to outsourcing support. As of August, 2012 the project is in process.


Life financial group - one of the largest and dynamically growing financial companies of Russia taking the second place in the country by the number of own ATMs and the ninth - by the number of own bank transactional payment terminals and functionality of the systems of Internet banking.

Clients of the company are more than 1.2 million individuals and more than 30 thousand legal entities in Russia. The financial holding plans active business development in regions, high-quality work of the corporate network providing a common information space for all offices is necessary for their implementation.

Problems

In process of business expansion own IT department of group faced a number of problems: growth of complexity and volume of tasks of support of network, need to control work of a large number of federal and regional providers of communication, to provide uniform standards of service in all regions, to reduce costs without loss of customer service quality and internal users.

Began with fall of 2011 of I-Teco (i-Teco) the project on transfer of network IT infrastructure Life to outsourcing support.

Solution

During the project uniform standards of service of SLA - Service Level Agreement (The agreement on the quality level) are developed for DPC and regional divisions. The single centralized system of monitoring unrolled in data center TrustInfo of I-Teco company (i-Teco) became a technology core of the service solution. The monitoring system allows to keep track of working capacity and performance of communication channels, the equipment and IT services in mode 24х7, to react proactively to incidents and events which can negatively affect IT infrastructure of the company.

The SLA standards will allow to keep track of operability of IT Infrastructure of Life Group in mode 24х7

Result

In a project deliverable uniform regulations and procedures of support of network were implemented (from technical support of the equipment and management of a warehouse before interaction with telecom operators and preparation for opening of new offices).

As of July, 2012, on service of I-Teco (i-Teco) there is a DPC and 170 offices Probusinessbank in different regions of the Russian Federation, 70 offices of Gazenergobank in the central regions, 60 offices University bank in Siberia and 65 new offices opened in the first half of 2012. Thus, I-Teco (i-Teco) ensures smooth operation of corporate network of 4 banks of group in 60 regions and 120 cities.

Objectives

The next stage of the project is replication of the solution in bank Express Volga (The Volga region, 160 offices), transfer on outsourcing of the IP telephony, upgrade of network, distribution of practice of "single window" on all management processes and development of network infrastructure. According to plans of financial holding, by the end of 2012 the service center I-Teco (i-Teco) will service more than 500 bank offices.
