The Nizhny Novgorod branch "1C-Rarus" carried out implementation of the automation equipment at catering establishments of Korona LLC company. The project is executed on the 1C:Enterprise 8 platform.
Start
When opening restaurants it was required to provide operating control of activity, to competently plan procurement processes of food products, to monitor sales and to conduct analytics.
The management made the decision on creation of a modern information system using software products:
- "1C: A public catering 8" - for conducting regulated accounting, assessment of inventory stocks and cost accounting of products.
- "RESTART" - for automation of work of the front office of restaurant (waiters, the bartender), quality improvement and service rate of clients.
Solution
Specialists 1C-Rarus with direct participation of service of the equipment of Korona company carried out installation of programs, configured data exchange between systems "1C: Public catering 8" and "RESTART".
The following tasks are automated:
- Assessment of inventory stocks;
- Products cost accounting; compoundings;
- Accounting of cash flow;
- Production control of dishes and drawing up calculations;
- Conducting accounting and tax accounting;
- Control of settlement with suppliers and buyers;
- Sales accounting,
- Control of actions of personnel,
- Centralized operation by the menu and price list,
- Obtaining analytical reporting.
In the created information system the accountant, the cashier, waiters, the bartender work. The convenience and efficiency of commission of trade operations is provided due to use of a retail store equipment. Fiscal registrars allow to punch quickly cash vouchers and guest accounts, to keep their transparent account. Readers of magnetic cards help with authorization of personnel and registration of discount to clients. The printers of checks installed in kitchens provide printing of reports for change.
The CEO of Corona LLC Eduard Ronzhin noted: "As a result of implementation "1C: A public catering 8" we could manage production costs more effectively. There was an opportunity to conduct daily control of an expense of products, existence of goods and implementation of finished goods. Result
Using software products "1C: A public catering 8" and "RESTART" the efficiency of the accountant, cashier, waiters and the bartender is increased. As a result of implementation an opportunity of operational customer service is had, procurement processes and product sales are optimized, the effective instrument of control of sales is received. The number of visitors grew up almost twice.
