Content

On September 21, 2012 the Microtest company completed the project on the implementing solution Microsoft Dynamics CRM in POINT company.

Objectives

The POINT was always realized by the importance of effective customer interaction. At the end of 2011 the management POINT made the decision on system implementation of Microsoft Dynamics CRM. The reasons of the choice of this product are caused by a number of factors. Among them – a release of the new, 11th version of Microsoft Dynamics CRM having big advantages in terms of convenience and functionality. The product has ample opportunities for expansion and customization. Also significant role in the choice was played by the cost of a system and integration opportunities of the Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform. The solution provides seamless integration with other products of Microsoft. An opportunity in the usual interface to receive a workplace of CRM is a great advantage for users.

Solution

POINT company, being a "golden" Microsoft partner on a number of solutions, had no in staff of the certified product Microsoft Dynamics CRM specialists. Therefore in implementation of this system it was decided to involve other "golden" Microsoft partner – Microtest company.

During the project the Microtest company carried out the following works:

  • Setup of the Module of sales

  • Blok's setup marketing

  • Blok's setup service maintenance

  • Setup of Functionality of purchases

  • Integration into the mail server, 1C Accounting.

Result

Thanks to implementation of a new system interaction of POINT company with clients, vendors and partners was facilitated, a feedback became "multichannel", time expenditure when implementing all projects of the company was reduced. In particular, the POINT not only had an opportunity to automate sales processes – as straight lines, and through resellers and agents, but also could configure these processes according to wishes and practice of interaction with each of partners. Procurement process of licenses at vendors POINT was the same way automated and customized. Automation of technical support of clients and also an opportunity to plan and wage marketing campaigns became the important CRM functions.

Implementation of Microsoft Dynamics CRM is carried out by specialists Microtest in three and a half months, one and a half more months there took place test operation of the solution. Now the CRM system in POINT company works in the mode of commercial operation, gradual expansion of scales of the project and implementation of new functionality is planned. Having completed the project, Microtest undertook necessary tasks of support and upgrade of the created system.
