On June 16, 2018, it became known that the Deputy Minister of Transport, the head of Rosmorrechflot Viktor Olersky wrote a letter of resignation, the Kommersant newspaper wrote. At the same time, according to Kommersant's information, the resignation order has not yet been signed.

As Olersky himself noted, he had long been going to leave the department. According to him, the resignation is not related to the departure of the Minister of Transport Maxim Sokolov or the appointment of Yevgeny Dietrich.
