The financial committee of administration of Altai Krai implements the solution of consolidation of the reporting

Specialists of Keysystems company completed the first stage of the implementing solution "Svod-WEB" on collecting of the consolidated statements within the single database of the subject in Altai Krai, the press service of integrator reported on October 16, 2012.

Solution

Based on Committee of administration of Altai Krai on finance, tax and credit policy the complete solution from Keysystems company - the software package "Svod-WEB" is deployed. The complex allows specialists of financial bodies, the main managers and organizations to make, consolidate and analyze the regulated and any reporting and to provide it in Committee of administration of Altai Krai on finance, tax and credit policy.

Details

The consolidated statements collected at the regional level is unloaded in Federal Treasury and in the Uniform information and analytical system of collecting and the code of the reporting of the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation by means of export in a summary type, and is also detailed, on all hierarchy of participants of budget process.

Today in the single database as "pilot" participants already began the work Administration of Altai Krai on culture and archiving, Veterinary Department of Altai Krai, Head department of administration of Altai Krai for social protection of the population and also four municipal entities: ZATO Siberian, Topchikhinsky, Palovsky and city of Barnaul.
