DocTrix DocFlow became available in a cloud

On June 28, 2017 the I-Sys company announced release of an electronic document management system of DocTrix Docflow on the SharePoint MS platform in the form of service. Solution designers hope that automation of any business processes will become available also to small businesses.

The service model of sale means a possibility of installation of the solution, both in a cloud, and on servers of customers. They will have an opportunity to subscribe on service with monthly or annual payment, proceeding from required number of users.

DocTrix DocFlow as Service is suitable for MS SharePoint 2013/2016 and has no restrictions on functionality in comparison with the elder brother who is let out by i-Sys company on on the premise model. So, customers will receive except basic functions of electronic document management as well Wednesday which allows to automate without uniform line of the code business processes of any complexity, without involvement of contractors and programmers.

  • the new server hardware is not required to buy the Companies, to set the software and to invest in purchase of components of IT infrastructure.

  • At increase in volume of the processed information the customer can rent additional capacities in "cloud".

Functionality of DocTrix DocFlow is focused on ensuring requirements as large holding companies with the developed organization structure, and the companies of medium and small business. Due to providing ready enrollment of processes of document flow and the full BPM solution for different automation of requests, the companies can concentrate on the paramount tasks.

DocTrix Docflow release

On February 8, 2017 the i-Sys Labs company provided release of an electronic document management system of DocTrix Docflow on the Microsoft SharePoint platform.

Changes affected the system interface, processes of work with documents and mail notifications. At the expense of the made changes work with a system became more convenient and more intuitive.

In document lists there were additional groupings by years that allows to browse all documents for a certain period without use of special filters. Grouping is automatic, than saves time and simplifies work.

Work with the tasks which are earlier delegated to other employees became more convenient.

In addition to development of opportunities, i-Sys Labs improved the existing functionality:

• the mail notifications sent by a system to the user are processed. They became more clear and more ergonomic. In notifications on need of approval it is possible to see now not only the comments previous approving, but also the number of iterations which already there passed the document.
• opportunities for setup from the previous versions are saved:
  • tabular editing data,
  • organization structure,
  • configurator of forms,
  • configurator of representations,
  • access control module
  • many others.

New opportunities of configuring of business processes are actively developed.

2016: DocTrix DocFlow is upgraded

On April 12, 2016 the i-Sys company announced expansion of systems capabilities of electronic document management DocTrix DocFlow.

The main difference from the previous version - the improved ergonomics of forms and lists of a system. Processings affected functionality of "lazy approval" by means of mail notifications. Now in a system it is possible to complete tasks, to leave comments through mail, to put instructions in EDMS, using only an e-mail client.

EDMS DocTrix DocFlow became available in the Russian and English languages.

DocTrix DocFlow 2013

DocTrix DocFlow 2013 is the updated functionality and ergonomics. In this version considered experience of many projects and a wish of our Customers, having made EDMS of more perfect. Among key changes it is possible to select improvement of the module of control of execution of tasks and instructions, development of the module of minutes of meetings, expansion of mechanisms of approval of documents and monitoring of processing of the document. In the new version the full-fledged module of management of partners, including expansion of the reference book and other functions is created. At the expense of new opportunities of the DocTrix platform ergonomics of cards of documents and tasks and also a personal account of the user are improved.

DocTrix DocFlow 2010

DocTrix DocFlow 2010 is the electronic document management system constructed according to the Russian standards of office-work and documentary providing.

DocTrix DocFlow automates a full stroke of work with documents: from the moment of their registration in a system before transfer to archive. Except fixed functions, DocTrix DocFlow can provide operability of unique business processes of separate divisions of the enterprise in unified information environment.

The electronic document management system is developed based on DocTrix Platform 2010, using the graphics editor business of processes of Nintex Workflow 2010 that allows to adapt it for business processes of the Customer quickly.
