The finance department of the city of Vyksa implements the automation system of budget planning

The finance department of administration Vyksa of the Nizhny Novgorod Region jointly with specialists of BFT company successfully implements the project on automation of planning process of the budget based on the information system "ADC-Planning", the company in the press release reported on October 19, 2012.

Objectives

Within project implementation experts were faced by a problem of automation of planning process of an account part of city budget using the ADC-Planning system, involvement in a common information space along with the staff of finance department of the main managers and receivers of budgetary funds and also the organizations of the uniform storage providing loading of initial data from different sources.

Project

Project implementation was enabled as soon as possible – on full implementation of works only 2 months were allotted.

The ADC-Planning system is integrated with the automated system of budget implementation of "ADC-Finance" operating in department that allows to perform exchange of the general reference books, to unload in the system of budget implementation indicators of the approved budget and its change by the current year and also to transfer the created register of payment commitments.

Result

Implementation of "ADC-Planning" in finance department Vyksa allowed to optimize activity of all participants of budget process, to increase reliability, accuracy and reliability of process of drawing up the draft budget, to reduce labor input of planning of the budget and also to simplify different procedures of data analysis.
