The Terrasoft group announces project completion of process automation, the corporate clients connected with service in the European Bank.
The European Bank - one of the most successful regional banks of the Kaliningrad region. Since 1991 specializes in service of corporate clients, paying special attention to the enterprises conducting vigorous foreign economic activity. Today clients of Bank are more than 4,000 companies of representatives of the different industries.
For the purpose of providing higher level of service of corporate clients by the management of Bank the decision on implementation of the CRM system was made. As the software product the industry solution of Terrasoft XRM Bank which considers specifics of activity of bank structures was selected.
To the Terrasoft system for support of processes of work with clients the Bank used other CRM product. However the management of Bank made the decision on the termination of operation of this system and all data which are saved up in it were transferred to Terrasoft XRM Bank. The project team of Terrasoft also performed integration with the automated banking system of "RS-Bank". In addition, in the project progress were taken out of service of 3 software products which were earlier used by managers in the course of work with clients. Thus, Terrasoft XRM Bank allowed to integrate data on clients in a common information space. Managers of Bank got access to contacts, the stories under all agreements and documents offered and to the used products. All cycle of the workflows connected with crediting of legal entities – assessment of a possibility of crediting, failure of bank or loan granting, opening of accounts to new clients was automated.
The problem of document management is solved – a system allows to create document templates, printed forms and scripts. If necessary employees of the bank can use the scan copy of samples of prints of printings and signatures. These opportunities promoted reduction of time for accomplishment of routine transactions, and minimized influence of "a human factor" on workflow.
With implementation of the specialized bank solution, managers of a key element received the innovation tool for control of activity of its different divisions. Terrasoft XRM Bank gives the chance of creation of diagrams and reports on different indicators and activities.
System implementation considerably simplified and accelerated work of the divisions which are carrying out work with corporate clients, gave an opportunity to provide to each client the personified approach. The possibility of improvement of the level of service provided by Bank which it is possible to call the main project deliverable will allow to provide to Bank European additional competitive advantages and to strengthen its positions in the market.
