2017: The Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation renewed the contract with Inoventica

On February 9, 2017 the Inoventica company announced Inoventica Services victory in open auction of the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation on providing information and technology infrastructure for the application software.

Five years ago the Ministry of Finance made the decision on transfer in a cloud of the industry information systems used in activity of the ministry and its subordinated organizations. Throughout this period Inoventica Services works as the supplier of a hybrid cloud as a result of victories in the open auctions held by the customer.

Knowledge of needs of the customer and experience of projects implementation allowed Inoventica Services to win a convincing victory in an auction leaving no chance FLEKS LLC.

Existence of own ICT infrastructure, necessary licenses and the equipment developed and the approved solution and also long-term examination allowed us to bargain on reduction in price of the government contract, at the same time, without risking quality of its execution. As a result of biddings the total price of the government contract was 9,995,192 rub.

According to conditions of the public contract Inoventica Services will provide continued and smooth functioning of information systems of the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation, including in case of failure of the main DPC of the Ministry of Finance. Disaster tolerance of infrastructure of Inoventica Services is reached by a geographical raznesennost of platforms of DPC (the main and reserve) on distance of not less than 150 kilometers.

Implementation of the specified project means providing virtual servers for placement of the application software of the customer, their backup for operational data recovery in case of need and also high resource availability at the level of 99.98%.

The Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation since 2012 gradually expanded the list of the information systems transferred to a cloud and to Inoventica Services placed in a cloud to the software package "Budget planning", to the Uniform information and analytical system of collecting and the code of the reporting and the Monitoring system and project managements of the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation since 2015 the subsystem "The cash plan" was added.

Upon the demand of terms of the contract both platforms of DPC Inoventica Services are equipped with the invGUARD system for the protection of information resources of the customer against network DDoS attacks developed by Inoventica Technologies company (it is included in the unified register of domestic software of the Ministry of Telecom and Mass Communications of the Russian Federation, undergoes certification of FSTEC).

2014: The new contract - new conditions

On February 4, 2014 the Inoventica company announced a new victory of "Garant-Park-Internet" in open auction of the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation on providing information and technology resources for placement of the application software of the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation on the basis of Inoventica infrastructure.

Under the terms of the government contract "Garant-Park-Internet" acts as provider of reserve DPC of the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation and will provide continued and smooth functioning of information systems of the customer, including the Uniform portal of a budget system of the Russian Federation.

"Hot" reservation of IT systems of the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation in hybrid "cloud" Inoventica will provide the continuity of functioning of the systems of the customer in case of a stop of the main DPC of the Ministry of Finance. Implementation of the specified project means providing virtual servers for placement of the application software of the customer, their backup for operational data recovery in case of need, high resource availability – 99.982%.

The cost of the current contract - 22.182 million rubles. Partners worked the previous contract in in 2012 when the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation transferred a number of industry information systems to Inoventica "cloud".

2012: Contract for lease of IT infrastructure

In 2012 Garant-Park-Internet LLC, the company of the Inoventica Group, won open auction of the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation on providing information and technology infrastructure for placement of the application software.

Acting as a leader in use of cloud computing by executive authorities, the Ministry of Finance made the decision on placement in a cloud of the industry information systems used in activity of the ministry and its subordinated organizations: AIS "Finance", Single system of collecting and code of the reporting, Management system for IT projects of the Ministry of Finance, etc.

Within the project the Inoventica Group will provide design and granting the cloud IT infrastructure intended for reliable functioning of the specified software with the loadings corresponding to technical specifications of the customer namely providing from 25 thousand simultaneous sessions, redundant information storage and coefficient of availability 99.7.

In the project progress specialists of Garant-Park-Internet company will set the software "BARS Web Codes", developed by the partner in the project BARS GROUP company and designed to automate the processes of the reporting connected with monitoring of activity of federal institutions.

The price of the public contract was 12 million 374 thousand rubles. It is planned that this contract will be included into TOP-5 of the contracts providing more than 80% of revenue of "Garant-Park-Internet" planned for 2013.

25 thousand users will have an opportunity to conduct processes of the reporting in a cloud of the Ministry of Finance, on remote servers, and the industry regulator - more effectively to spend the budgetary funds allocated for support of IT systems.

"Until now federal institutions ambiguously treated use of cloud computing and did not decide to transfer the information systems to a cloud, being afraid, including, for safety of data. Therefore, the reporting was formed in a format of this or that used information system which is available for specific organization that created certain difficulties at the centralized processing and information storage in the Ministry of Finance", - the Chairman of the board of directors of "Garant-Park-Internet" Vitaly Slizen says.

The project on transfer to a cloud of processes of the reporting initiated by the Ministry of Finance will allow accountable organizations to take the following steps on transfer of others, the available for them, information systems in a cloud.
