Starbank replaced Colvir Banking System with the core banking system CFT Bank

Starbank and "the Center of Financial Technologies" completed in the fall of 2012 the project on transfer of key business processes of bank to technology support by the principle of outsourcing in CFT. Within the project used earlier by ABS bank it is replaced with information bank complex CFT Bank placed at capacities of DPC of CFT.

The project on transfer of business processes of Starbank to technology support by the principle of outsourcing in CFT was performed in several stages. Within the first stage operations of bank on work with securities were transferred to outsourcing in CFT. During this stage were performed setup of share products of CFT according to requirements of credit institution, converting of data from used by ABS bank in the system CFT Bank installed at server capacities of CFT, integration of the core banking system online with a system CFT Bank.

Further the stage on transfer of key business processes of credit institution to CFT Bank started. Specialists of CFT executed quantitative assessment of the necessary equipment for system deployment, equipment installation in the territory of CFT, carried out data migration to the new core banking system.

In Starbank the precedent of start of share products of CFT not in the main core banking system, and in 'cloud', and then — a precedent of transfer of the main core banking system on the remote platform serviced by vendor was created".

As a result of transition to outsourcing CFT Bank Starbank ensured independence of IT resources, was exempted from the solution of non-core questions on the maintenance of IT infrastructure. Functions of setup, support, updating of versions of a system CFT Bank and backup are performed by CFT.

In parallel with transfer of primary activity of Starbank to the new core banking system works on replacement of the RBS system by the Faktura.ru system are performed, at the same time processing of cards of the international payment systems (IPS) is transferred to service in a processing center KartStandart, noted in CFT.
