2018: Function of search of logos in social networks and analysts of their visual environment
The YouScan company announced on May 29, 2018 release of function of search of logos in social networks and analysts of their visual environment. Thus, now YouScan will be able to find references of a brand even if its name — enough only presence of a log on the image is not mentioned in the text of a post.
Daily YouScan indexes more than 60 million references, 25 million from them are images which may contain logos of brands. How it works
For the analysis of references with a brand logo in the account of the client the special topic where collecting will go not in the text, and according to the image is created. According to him, YouScan Socail CRM is developed based on the existing product of the company - a monitoring system of social media.
"Already now there are the first integration with systems Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Terrasoft CRM. There are also first clients, however on them will not expatiate yet", - Sirach told. - At the same time, there is a wish to note that Socail CRM is 100% own development which does not have foreign reference platforms or something similar and not having analogs in Russia".

"Integration of Socail CRM with systems existing in the company on management of customer relations will allow to open additional sales channels on the basis of new analytics. Generally the product is aimed at marketing departments, sales departments, user supports and R&D", - Sirach told.
According to him, the product will be provided as a cloud service on a subscription.

The CEO of the analytical agency Telecom Daily Denis Kuskov reported to TAdviser that activation of the companies in the market of social networks has temporality.
