YouScan

The YouScan company is founded in 2009. YouScan monitors references of brands, products, competitors in blogs, forums, social networks (Facebook, VKontakte), Twitter and even in YouTube, and represents results of monitoring in a user-friendly analytical interface with functions of team work.

As investors of the project founders and the European investment fund The OpenFund supported by the companies acted Google and Microsoft. YouScan is a participant of programs for support of startups of Microsoft company - Microsoft BizSpark + and Microsoft Startup Accelerator. YouScan - the repeated prize-winner a startup ratings and tenders SaaS of projects. The staff of the company is frequent speakers of the largest Russian and Ukrainian conferences, is teachers on digital rates to marketing, gives lectures at such universities as MSU MGGU, URGEU and others.

History

In November, 2012 the YouScan company received a participant status of Development center and commercialization of new technologies of Skolkovo Foundation. Within the agreement the company will be engaged in creation of the platform, the first in the Russian market of full-function Social CRM. In an IT cluster Skolkovo the company will be engaged in development of the innovation approaches to semantic analysis of information from social media and also creation of the platform, the first in the Russian market of full-function Social CRM. In the near future brands will be able to manage all activities in social media from the single interface. "Listen", analyze and "speak" with clients in social media will become possible using one platform. And integration of YouScan with the popular CRM systems will allow the companies to build modern business processes of customer service on the Internet, so necessary in the 21st century.
