Svyaznoy announced Enter the decision to pass to SAP for Retail and SAP CRM, the company reported about it on November 27, 2012.
The press service of retailer TAdviser reported that earlier in the company the 1C system was installed.
Project terms
Implementation should come to the end by October 1, 2013. It is planned that within the project will also integrarirovana of the SAP for Retail system, in particular solutions for commodity logistics and finance, and SAP CRM - solutions for marketing, service and loyalty and also multichannel order management are installed.
Project Progress
SAP implementation will take place in several stages: conceptual design, implementation of a system, integration testing, preparation for start, stabilization. Today Enter Svyaznoy and the companies contractors (Technoserv Consulting and Ciber) already conduct the first works on conceptual design.
Choice of vendor
According to the director of the department of information technologies of Enter Anton Zaruyev's Svyaznoy, the moment, extremely important for the company, is that SAP provides support of a multikanalnost in combination with customer centricity (uniform command center orders). "Also at a system unlimited scalability. Presence at SAP of the developed "ecosystem" in Russia with a large number of consultants and experience of successful implementations became the important moment. Also in terms of development of functionality comparable from a SAP system, probably, is not present", - he told.
