Education

• In 1989 graduated from the Tver Suvorov Military School.
• In 1994 graduated from Military academy of the right, economy and finance in foreign languages.

Career

After higher education institution served in a military kosmicheskakh troops of the Russian Federation in international department. In a year passed to work in the Russian representative office of the American tobacco company British American Tobacco where dealt with marketing issues.

• In 1996-2001 worked in Diageo company and its distributors.
• In 2001-2003 worked in Metro Cash & Carry where was engaged in purchases of network.
• From 2003 to 2005 Nike Russia" was responsible for work with federal key partners in ".
• In 2005 passed into Svyaznoy Group to a position of the commercial director where worked till 2009 to a position of the managing vice president.
• In 2009-2011 held a post of the CEO of Russian Telephone Company Ltd (RTK, rosznichny business of MTS).
• In 2011 Svyaznoy returns to Svyaznoy Group in a position of the CEO of Enter.
• In the summer of 2014 the CEO of Enter company Sergey Rumyantsev is appointed the executive vice president for sales and service of VimpelCom. On a new post Rumyantsev will supervise the system of distribution of VimpelCom at the federal and local levels and work of contact centers of the operator. Earlier, the executive vice president for business development in mass market Popovsky Alexander was responsible for these functions.
