The implementation project of processes of the payment schedule in Moreton Group came to the end

In 2 months Experts developed INTALEV and regulated key performance indicators regarding management of investment and construction projects and algorithms of their calculation. Based on the prepared factor models of separate divisions the uniform business case of all holding was created.
Further in "INTALEV: Corporate management" necessary planning tools of indicators and their analysis – reports, the chart of accounts of indicators, qualifiers were configured. Now the management of MORETON Group had an instrument of operational management of activity allowing to react timely to the processes happening in divisions, the external environment.
2013: End of the Project
On November 22, 2013 the INTALEV company announced plans: complete at the end of the current year the project of automation in Moreton Group of processes of the payment schedule, their transfer on the platform "INTALEV: Corporate management".
Together with a rashireniye of scales of activity of customer company, the level of requirements to a management system considerably increased that led to transfer of process management in "INTALEV: Corporate management" on 1C: Enterprise platform 8.2.

Start in operation of processes of approval of contractual documentation and payment calendar became a main goal of the new project. With implementation of tasks in the project, more transparent management system for finance is constructed, process of obtaining operational information and its control is simplified. Besides, process of approval of agreements was automated that gave new opportunities for creation of an effective management system in Moreton Group.
Project implementation is carried out in several steps. At the first step specialists tested INTALEV and configured a full stroke of processing and approval of the agreement. Further it was necessary to check viability of a system: the special focus group which tasks included use of new opportunities in "field conditions" is created.
During the second stage training of staff of Moreton Group began. The third stage included operations on separation of managerial databases on functional feature and also start in productive operation of processes of group of approval of agreements on all legal entities of Moreton Group within the database selected for these purposes. At the last stage there was a start of processes "The request for payment and taxes" on the platform "INTALEV: Corporate management". Thanks to implementation of this process all processes of the Payment schedule of Moreton Group were transferred to the INTALEV software product.
In a project deliverable start of processes of the Approval of Agreements and Request for Payment and Taxes groups to "INTALEV is carried out : Corporate management 7" on 1C: Enterprise platform 8.2. With transition on "INTALEV: Corporate management 7" the management of Moreton Group received the updated system of approval of agreements simplifying control procedure, and also new opportunities for creation of more effective management system.
