The Government of the Lipetsk region begins the project of consolidation InformSystem of municipal entities of the region

The Keysystems company started creation of the unified information system of municipal entities in [[Government of the Lipetsk region|The Lipetsk region based on a software package "Municipal self-government SMART", the company in the corporate blog reported on November 30, 2012.

Start

In 2009 in all municipal entities of the Lipetsk region the Keysystems company implements the software package "Municipal Samoupravleniye-KS". For years of work the complex proved the cost and administrative efficiency, allowing to automate a number of the processes connected with accomplishment of national objectives in the region.

Construction

New stage of development of the project - consolidation of local information systems in a single automated system of the regional level which will allow all municipal to keep formations of the Lipetsk region information account in the single database. Such approach will provide structuring information resources, transparency of activity of municipal entities, and, above all – the effective organization of rendering the public and municipal services to the population in all territory of the Lipetsk region, report in the company.

Development of the project is especially relevant in terms of the solution of a task of the organization of interdepartmental electronic interaction and providing the public and municipal services in electronic form delivered by the Government of the Russian Federation: the single database will contain the data necessary for federal, regional and municipal authorities for providing the public and municipal services.
