The 1C-Rarus company completed creation of an information system in Lastochka company taxi using industry solution "1C: Taxi and Car Rental", the company integrator reported on December 4, 2012.

Implementation

During the project are automated: operation of managers (including interaction with the automated jobs of drivers), order management, settlement with drivers, management of repairs, inventory accounting, formation of the analytical reporting. A system is integrated with the jobs of drivers equipped with iPad devices and connected to own program developments of the company.

Result

The information system allowed customer company to organize work:

  • the dispatching service had an opportunity to effectively coordinate work of all taxi pool. * Distribution of cars to orders happens taking into account geography and traffic jams that allows to reduce waiting time for the client;
  • a system allows to process quickly orders and to cope successfully with increase in number of orders in the conditions of rapid development of the company;
  • a system is integrated with the mobile terminals of drivers on iPad connected to a system "by Yandex. Traffic jams. The route is planned by an optimal method;
  • jobs of managers are integrated from office automatic telephone exchange of Asterisk using the solution "1C-Rarus: PROF softphone 2.0". Convenient interaction with drivers and clients is organized: management of calls directly from computers of managers. Time for processing and transfer of orders is reduced. Use of an IP telephony also promoted significant savings of expenses of the company on mobile communication and allowed personnel to be always in touch;
  • an opportunity of SMS informing employees and clients of the taxi, possibility of implementation of bulk mailings of messages is had. Addressees of the SMS always are it is aware of the latest events in the company: actions, discounts for services and other important news;
  • calculation of cost of each trip is automatic using the electronic counter on iPad. Data from mobile terminals of drivers are automatically unloaded in a system that provides transparency of accounting of the rendered services and the got profit;
  • an opportunity to manage effectively financial flows is had: configure tariff plans, keep the cash accounting, settlement with employees and clients.
