Stroykonsalting + Group is one of leaders of the companies developers of the land plots and the real estate of the Moscow region. The total area of company assets is more than 3000 hectares in the Moscow region and other regions of the Russian Federation.

In 2000 Stroykonsalting + Group won the tender for the Provincial Ring project within which it acted as management company on placement of hypermarkets on outer side of MKAD. Within this project construction of 3 hypermarkets of Auchan and Leroy Merlin network was implemented. Also the company successfully implements projects of construction of residential residential districts in the cities of the Moscow region with a total area more than 2 million square meters.

Expansion of scales of activity of the Company affected efficiency of the financial and economic block and timeliness of acceptance of management decisions. Operational collecting of the reporting turned into difficult process because of receipt of large volumes of information. Accuracy of the data of the received reporting decreased.

The company management made the decision on search of the complex software product for the purposes of enterprise management, not only regarding finance, but also in the field of automation of non-financial processes. Due to the amplifying competition in the market of developer services, to project deadlines tight temporary restrictions were shown.

Main reasons of the choice of INTALEV company:

  • The management system is implemented using the software product of own development – "INTALEV: Corporate management";
  • The fixed terms and project cost, using own technology of project management – GROWTH technology;
  • The software product is configured at the level of the user, but not the programmer. Further it allows to change \carry out upgrade of a system, without resorting to the code, forces of staff of finance division that reduces the cost of support of a system in general;
  • Vast experience of project implementation in development;
  • The automated system is followed by a pool of the methodological regulations used by users in daily work.

In June, 2012 two functional areas of the project were started:

  • Functional area "Office and instructions. Electronic archive";
  • Functional area Payment schedule.

As a result necessary regulatory documents were created and setup of the created processes in the software product "INTALEV is carried out: Corporate management".

The main results of the completed stages became:

  • the methodology of the payment schedule, setting and control of instructions and electronic archive is developed.
  • control of all payments of the organization on compliance to the approved limits is automated.
  • processes of control of execution of instructions, cash planning, the statement of cash limits, approvals of requests for payment of DS and the approval of the register of payments are automated.

The automated control system for finance allows:

  • it is effective to organize process of cash planning of the company.
  • increase operational liquidity of the company.
  • it is more effective to manage funds of the organization.
  • control activity of each employee of the company.
  • in time to prepare reports (plan fact), and the most important, to lower labor costs on preparation of reports, having released temporary resources of personnel on more important tasks.
  • to quickly find any document in electronic archive.
