Biography

Alexander Georgiyevich was born on April 26, 1969 in Omsk.

Left secondary school No. 82. In 1986 came to OMGU on department of history. After the first rate it was called in armed forces.

In 1989 returned to the Omsk State University and in 1993 graduated from it with honors.

Business career

Since February, 2000 — the CEO of the closed joint-stock research and production company "Vega-2000-Siberian Organic Chemistry", since 2008 — the chairman of the board of directors of Sibirskaya organika Ltd. Political career

On March 24, 2002 it is elected the deputy of Legislative assembly of the Omsk region, having collected 36.52% of votes on the constituency, and headed Committee on Education, science, culture and youth policy. On March 11, 2007 again it was elected the deputy of Legislative assembly of the Omsk region, having collected 41.98% of votes on the district. All second term of deputy powers — till December, 2011 — headed committee on the property of Legislative assembly.

Ended training in the Russian Academy of public service under the President of the Russian Federation in "The public and municipal administration", specialization "Management of development of the region" in 2005.

In 2006 it was protected - Candidate of Economic Sciences.
