Omnicomm optimizes the system of write-off of fuel on Lakney (LChUP "Priorleasing")

Special equipment of the Belarusian agrarian enterprise of Lakney (branch LChUP "Priorleasing") got under aim GLONASS/GPS control of a system of satellite tracking Omnicomm transport. With its help at the enterprise it was succeeded to optimize regulations of write-off of fuel on special equipment, having achieved thereby economy on fuel and lubricants about 30%.

In branch of Lakney of LChUP "Priorleasing" the monitoring system of transport and control of fuel consumption of Omnicomm is used since May, 2012. A main objective of installation of a system, according to the management, was ensuring stricter control of use of fuel and lubricants and also a possibility of receiving reliable data about location and the actual load of the equipment. "In daily reports which we observe on the computer screen we can accurately see where there is equipment and as fuel "moves": a remaining balance for the beginning of day, gas station, an expense, a remaining balance for the end of day and the most important - the volume of drainings, - the economist of branch of Lakney Sergey Ryabko tells. - For system operating time we could modify regulations of write-off of diesel fuel for a number of agricultural works. Now we write off fuel not for one transported load ton, and for one kilometer of car mileage. It allows the enterprise to save the considerable amount of the funds allocated for fuel and lubricants".

He added that since that moment when behind transport began to conduct detailed tracking using the Omnicomm system, drivers ceased to attribute in waybills allegedly a worked time and distance between production facilities. It allows to estimate objectively work of workers and to take adequate measures: from punishments before bonus payment.

Today the systems of satellite tracking Omnicomm equip 12 pieces of equipment of the enterprise. These are cars MAZ, the tractors MTZ-82/1221/3022, New Holland and Amkodor. Equipment were made by "Omnikomm in Republic of Belarus" Group — the authorized partner of the Moscow company Omnicomm since 2006. In the nearest future retrofitting of the park of the equipment is planned by already updated equipment Omnicomm line.
