LLS fuel level sensors, navigation terminals for all types of vehicles based on (based on GPS/GLONASS), video terminals and SaaS- the platform Omnicomm Online allows clients to cut down expenses on fuel and maintenance of vehicles, to control movement and operation parameters of the equipment, to prevent idle times and inappropriate use of transport assets.

The solutions OMNICOMM are developed and issued based on own industrial complexes in Russia and Europe. Annually the company reinvests in R&D about 15% arrived.

In Russia OMNICOMM cooperates with 60 local integrators in 8 federal districts and also with the large international IT companies, e.g. Orange Business Services. Since 2007 the company develops business in Europe, Asia, Africa, Latin America, OMNICOMM cooperates in these regions about more than 3000 partners.

2019

For the beginning of 2019 OMNICOMM devices equipped already more than 1 million vehicles in 113 countries of the world.

2018

In a year, anniversary for the company (20 years from the moment of the basis) the gain of a subscriber base of monitoring systems of Omnicomm transport made 27% (the closest competitors Gurtam have 14%, Technical guy end - 7% (according to the company Omnicomm). Growth of revenue in international market in 11 months 2018 was 69%. OMNICOMM expanded a product line and strengthened the positions in vertically integrated markets: petrogas sector, railway transport logistics telecommunications.

The release of new products (sensors of the increased reliability with degree of protection IP69K and also new terminals and video surveillance systems) allowed to expand a range of solvable tasks and to speed up work in the vertical markets.

New level of availability of solutions of OMNICOMM was reached at the expense of the partnership agreement with Orange Business Services, B2B-division of Orange Group. As a result telematic services OMNICOMM began to be provided to numerous clients of OBS within ready-made industry and corporate solutions on control of vehicle fleets.

2016: Omnicomm technical inspection department is upgraded

On production OMNICOMM the additional stage of control of quality of products is started. Technical inspection department of the company developed the specialized stand allowing in the automatic mode and under the maximum loads to check all types of Omnicomm fuel level sensors.

The stand imitates operation of the equipment installed on the vehicle and under different electric loads checks it regarding failures and inaccuracies of transmitted data. Daily 140 sensors (any lengths and types) which within 8 hours are tested the stand of long-term monitoring are connected to the stand, imitating a working shift of the vehicle. Work is during this time checked at a different tension, with giving of noises on a power supply. The stand of long check ‒ is the 6th completing quality control step on production OMNICOMM.

2015: Representation in Mexico

On September 23, 2015 the first OMNICOMM in Central America - in Mexico City (Mexico) was open. Presence in the markets of Latin America is the priority direction of the international development strategy of the company as the countries of the region quickly develop in a segment of transport telematics. From the first days of work the representative office of OMNICOMM in Mexico cooperates more than with 40 partner companies through the whole country, providing technical support at all stages of integration of telematic solutions for the benefit of final customers.

Elena Denisenko, the chief representative of Omnicomm in Mexico, noted: "Omnicomm in the market of Central and Latin America develops fast speed. Plunders of fuel from a vehicle tank in Mexico purchased mass character because of what we note a big customer need in control of fuel in the enterprise. To be closer to partners and their requirements, we made the decision to open official representation, a warehouse of products and to organize the training center. It will allow us to increase the level of the rendered services, and to clients to receive high-quality and reliable service of monitoring of transport".

2013

In comparison with 2012, turnover of the company grew by 37% and made 1.05 billion rubles. The sales volume of telematic Omnicomm terminals in 2013 increased by 2.2 times and was 27,000 pieces, and the sales volume of Omnicomm LLS fuel level sensors grew by 27% up to 146,000 pieces. Total number of the vehicles equipped with monitoring systems of OMNICOMM for the end of 2013 exceeded 70,000 units, and the installed Omnicomm LLS fuel level sensors – 400,000 pieces.

According to analytical center Omnicomm, in 2013 the company doubled the market share and took the 3rd place among the Russian developers of monitoring systems of transport, saving the first place among producers of fuel level sensors from market shares of 59% in piece expression.

2013

The product line of the company was complemented with new navigation Profi, Optim and Light terminals, and for commercial customers the cloud service of Omnicomm Online was started. By the end of the year more than 25,000 vehicles were already connected to service. Also in 2013 the company integrated the dispatching software of Omnicomm Autocheck and Omnicomm Online with the SAP Business One platform.


Omnicomm is going to enter the markets of the USA and Canada

The Russian company Omnicomm is going to begin bulk sales of LLS 20160 and LLS 20310 fuel level sensors in the markets of the USA and Canada, told TAdviser in the company in September, 2013. According to representatives of the company, the specified equipment already underwent certification of the Federal agency on communication of the USA on compliance to local standards of electromagnetic compatibility.

The Deputy CEO of Omnicomm Stanislav Yemelyanov tells that in the territory of the USA the company has no representation yet. The company is going to perform sales in this country through the European representation Vepamon which is based in Estonia and working worldwide. If there will be a need on creation of representation in the USA, the company will take the corresponding actions, marks out the deputy director general of Omnicomm.

As clients in the American market, first of all, in Omnicomm expect on system integrators, the companies rendering service for installation and further operation of the equipment and also software developers. The company does not exclude at the same time and the end customer in all industries where transport is involved.

It is not going sell in the USA the terminals for satellite monitoring of GPS/GLONASS transport making a considerable part of business of Omnicomm in Russia yet.

The market of the USA first of all is focused on control of fuel consumption at the solution of certain production tasks. In the construction industry, for example, to control an expense in special equipment, for timely understanding on a makeup of fuels and lubricants, - Stanislav Yemelyanov explains. - The criterion of theft and illegal drainings for the American market is not popular at all".

According to Omnicomm, the share of foreign sales of its fuel level sensors makes 25-30% of total sales of the company, and from year to year this share grows. It supplies the equipment practically to all European countries, and also to the countries of East Africa and Latin America.

2012

According to analytical center Omnicomm, in 2012 the company takes the 6th place among developers of monitoring systems of transport and 1 place among producers of fuel level sensors. On aggregate turnover the company took the 2nd place in the market of monitoring of transport of Russia and the CIS, at the same time turnover of the company last year grew by 50% and reached 765 million rubles. Sales of Omnicomm terminals in 2012 grew by 56% and made 12,000 pieces, sales of Omnicomm LLS fuel level sensors grew by 52% and made 115,000 pieces. Delivering solutions was made to 90 countries of the world.

In 2012 the market was entered by new generation of the equipment of satellite monitoring based on GLONASS/GPS, including terminals Profi, Optim, Light.

Omnicomm has a partner network in Russia and supplies the equipment to 90 countries of the world. Main customers of products of the company are large enterprises and also the companies of medium and small business. In plans of Omnicomm for the next year gain of work with a public sector and also expansion of presence in the markets of Europe and Latin America. Besides, in 2013 the company is going to expand the presence in a number of the industry markets. In particular, railway and river transport, control of transportations of passengers and dangerous loads and also control of transport of housing and public utilities are of considerable interest.

200-thousand fuel level sensor of the LLS series

On August 13, 2012 the OMNICOMM company reported in the output of the 200-thousand fuel level sensor of the LLS series, having increased in a year production volume of the company in this direction. It became possible due to upgrade of the assembly line and change of an assembly technique of fuel level sensors. The new production equipment allowed to increase products production volume to three times.

To satisfy requirements of the market, in 2011 the company tripled production capacities. For this purpose production changes an assembly technique of fuel level sensors, the modern high-precision production equipment purchased. In addition, the company strengthened new specialists staff of technical inspection department.

"The market continues to develop surely, monthly increasing growth rates, – the development director of Omnicomm company Alexander Selivanov explains. – According to us, practically in each city of Russia the company which offers transport monitoring system implementation services to the enterprises owning the vehicle fleet works. And by our estimates, in 60% of cases for machines fuel level sensors of production of Omnikomm company are installed.

Lifelong guarantee

At the end of 2011 the saved-up share of warranty cases for online-registrars Omnicomm made 0.6% of production volume. And on all LLS fuel level sensors this indicator was 0.2%. Therefore, since 2012, all equipment Omnicomm is affected by a lifelong guarantee. The lifelong guarantee extends to all product line released by Omnicomm company: on all types of loggers, LLS fuel level sensors, LLD indicators and also on all associated equipment. Guaranty period for all products of Omnicomm company is unlimited on condition of the correct operation of the equipment.

All equipment made by the company since 2012 is affected by a lifelong guarantee. The lifelong guarantee extends to all product line released by Omnicomm company: on all types of loggers, LLS fuel level sensors, LLD indicators and also on all associated equipment. Guaranty period for all products of Omnicomm company is unlimited on condition of the correct operation of the equipment.

Since 2009 the guarantee operating within 3 years extended to all products of Omnicomm. As a rule, producers of the hardware GLONASSGPS of systems / monitoring guarantee operability of the products no more than one year. During action of a three-year guarantee the Omnicomm company carried out the analysis of results of technical expertize of the equipment which came to department of a guarantee. Each claim according to all product range is considered in a corporate information system SAP. Statistical data showed that in recent years reliability of products of Omnicomm constantly grows.
