Administration of the Tambov region (Keysystems: WEB-Torgi-KS)

Since January 1, 2013 the state customers of the Tver and Tambov regions will start process of placement of public procurements in the new automated information system constructed based on a software package of WEB-Torgi-KS. The implemented solution provides integration with the system of budget implementation – the software package "Budget-CS" for accomplishment of functions on automatic control on existence of allocations and limits of budget commitments on the carried-out purchases and also reservations of means that allows to organize process of authorization of purchases from financial body. Besides, accounting of data on the signed contracts allows to organize the subsequent control of performance of contracts.

In addition at the disposal of customers there will be functionality of a software package of WEB-Torgi-KS on planning of public procurements, formation of requests for tendering (including on carrying out joint purchases), and integration with the Official website of the Russian Federation and electronic marketplaces will be available to the body authorized for placement of the state order. The functions of control of procedures of order placement put in a system allow to monitor observance by customers of the current legislation in the field of placement of the state order and to block purchases with violations, thereby reducing risk of imposing of penalties.

Thus, in the Tver and Tambov regions all stages of a purchasing cycle will be automated: planning, placement, execution and control. Processes of order placement and budget implementation will be integrated within a common information space, thereby providing effective control of expenditure of budgetary funds.

Let's remind that now the software package of WEB-Torgi-KS is successfully applied in the following subjects of the Russian Federation: The Republics of Sakha (Yakutia), Adygea and Mari El and also in the Smolensk, Kirov, Kaliningrad, Sakhalin and Murmansk regions.
