Completely we integrate a software package of WEB-Torgi-KS with such automated systems of planning and budget implementation as "Design of the budget" and "Budget-CS" that provides due interrelation of budget process and processes of forecasting, planning of the public (municipal) procurements and also performances of contracts. 2013: a data protection subsystem for the PC WEB-Torgi-KS

According to the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation of November 28, 2013 No. 1091 "About uniform requirements to regional and municipal information systems in the field of purchases of goods, works, services for ensuring the state and municipal needs" during creation and operation of the regional and municipal systems the requirements provided by the legislative and other regulatory legal acts of the Russian Federation governing the relations in the field of data protection and also requirements in the field of use of the electronic signature should be fulfilled.
