Keysystems: SVOD-WEB in the Ministry of Finance and Tax Policy of the Novosibirsk region

The Ministry of Finance and Tax Policy of the Novosibirsk region made the decision on implementation of a modern software package for collecting and consolidation of the reporting – "Svod-WEB" from Keysystems company.

The Keysystems company started implementation of the large innovation project in the Novosibirsk region: to creation of the single database on collecting of the consolidated statements for all levels of executive authorities. In 2013 more than one thousand users will be connected to the single database for providing the reporting: 30 main managers of budgetary funds, 30 municipal districts, 5 city districts, territorial subdivision of Fund of compulsory health insurance, more than 500 municipal entities and about 500 budgetary institutions. The complex will allow specialists of financial bodies, the main managers and organizations of the Novosibirsk region to automate collecting of the accounting and budget consolidated statements on the scale of all subject.

It should be noted that all last regional implementations of the Svod-WEB complex were performed in option of deployment of the single database on all territorial subject of the Russian Federation. Such approach corresponds to the concept of "The electronic budget", provides the maximum transparency of process of collecting of the reporting and creates conditions for perspective integration of a regional information system with subsystems of "The electronic budget".

Today, the Novosibirsk region became the 44th territorial subject of the Russian Federation, given the preference to the software package "Svod-WEB".
