The management system for transport assumes work on two schemes: using own park of machines or with attraction of transport from outside.

During the work with use of own transport it is necessary to consider:

• period costs — fixation of all costs, independent of run, on the car (depreciation, spare parts, the salary of service staff, etc.). Thus, total cost, belonging to the specific car, but not having a binding to someone to a certain route is displaid;
• direct costs — fixation of all costs on each run and a route which are related only to specific transportation. The cost amount which belong to specific run or a route is calculated. Thus, costs for their subsequent reference not only on the specific car, but also on the overheads connected with this transportation are calculated;
• redistribution of all costs of the car documents on the goods (delivery notes on shipment, movements) transported for run or a route.

During the work with use of the attracted transport it is necessary to consider and redistribute on commodity documents and the transported Inventories only run costs:

• direct costs — fixation of all costs on run and a route which obviously belong to a certain transportation;
• redistribution of all costs of the car for documents on the goods (delivery notes on shipment, movements) transported for run or a route;
• redistribution of all costs of the car (through commodity documents) on the transported Inventories.
