The finance department of administration of Nefteyugansk uses budget schedule system

The BFT company completed the works on system implementation of planning of the budget of "ADC-Planning" in Finance department of administration of Nefteyugansk, the press service of the company reported on January 30, 2013.

Without preface

Use of the ADC-Planning system in Nefteyugansk allowed founders (the main managers of budgetary funds) to bring municipal tasks and the calculated amounts of subsidies for their accomplishment to subordinated organizations, to perform collecting and approval of plans of financial and economic activity and the actual indicators on execution of municipal tasks.

As a result organizations had an opportunity to browse the municipal tasks and the amounts of subsidies for their accomplishment brought to them, to create plans of financial and economic activity and to provide to the founder the actual indicators about execution of municipal tasks.

According to partners in the project, for January 30 all participants of budget process of Nefteyugansk work in a common information space using electronic document management according to requirements of Federal law No. 83-FZ. The ADC-Planning system is integrated with the system of execution of the municipal budget "ADC-Finance" that allows to organize the automated exchange of the general reference books, to transfer the approved budget from the ADC-Planning system to the ADC-Finance system and to use online exchange of documents on changes to the approved budget between schedule systems and executions.
