The Alko-NAFTA company completed deployment of the ERP system from Infor

The Alko-NAFTA company carried out system implementation of enterprise management of Infor M3 ERP (earlier - Lawson M3 ERP) and since summer of 2012 uses it in the mode of production operation, the company integrator - BSC reported on January 30, 2013.

Objectives

Need of increase in efficiency of the solution of business challenges of the company helped the management of Alko-NAFTA to make the decision on implementation of the unified information system of management of activity of the enterprise.

"We needed the complex ERP solution which online would give all up-to-date information necessary for management accounting and optimization of production, - Natalya Ismailova, the project manager of implementation, Alko-NAFTA company noted. – In fact, we selected between three systems - Infor M3, Oracle and SAP. The main criteria for us were - the cost, flexibility of functionality of a system, ability to integrate with 1C. On set of all these requirements and taking into account industry specifics of our business we made a choice for benefit of Infor M3".

Automation of functions of managerial accounting of primary activity of the enterprise and also for the purposes of accounting - integration with 1C became a key problem of implementation of the ERP solution in Alko-NAFTA Ltd.

Solution

Implementation of Infor M3 took about a year. Since summer of 2012, the ERP system works in the production mode.

Not less important and the fact that Infor M3 fully considers our industry specialization and gives the chance of flexible configurations of a system under our requirements and business challenges. Today we within the unified information system obtain all operational information on production, a remaining balance of finished goods in warehouses, to the movement of materials in warehouses, the detailed data on sales orders – from the moment of execution of the request before shipment, etc. All information is available online from any geographical point. On the basis of these data in a system the relevant management reporting in cuts necessary to us is quickly prepared", - Evgeny Kirzner, the Chief financial officer, Alko-NAFTA company told.
