Biography

Sergei Lyadovoy was born in 1973 in the village. Tomilino Lyubertsy district of the Moscow region.

Education

In 1996 he graduated from the Moscow Technical University of Communications and Informatics (MTUSI), faculty of "multi-channel telecommunication."

Career

He began his career in 1996 at the STS Sovintel company, worked in the operation, development and construction divisions. He led the projects for the deployment of Metro Ethernet, MPLS and Metro Wi-Fi networks.

In 2006, he headed the Construction Directorate at Golden Telecom.

Since 2011, after the merger of Golden Telecom and VimpelCom, he continued to work at VimpelCom as technical director of the Moscow region, where he was responsible for the operation of the mobile, fixed and broadband access network.

In July 2012, he moved to OJSC Rostelecom as Deputy Director of the Macro-Regional Branch - Director for Wireless Communications of the Macro-Regional Branch of Moscow. He was engaged in the development of wireless networks in the Moscow region.

On July 31, 2012, he was appointed General Director of Moscow Cellular Communications OJSC (Sky Link-Moscow).

On February 6, 2013, he served as CEO of Sky Link.

Since 2014, he participated in the Rostelecom project to launch the LTE TDD network in 8 federal districts of Russia.

2018: IoT Projects Director at MTT

On June 19, 2018, he was appointed Project Director Internet of Things (IoT - internet of things"") of the company (Interregional TransitTelecom MTT).
