Tatneft Neftekhim (1C: Payroll and HR Management 8 CORP)

Automation of personnel records and payroll in the company "UK "Tatneft Neftekhim" which is engaged in a management activity in a petrochemical complex is performed on using the "1C: Payroll and HR Management 8 CORP" software product of a system of the programs "1C:Enterprise 8".

In the program problems of automation of activities for the following directions are solved: Implementation of policy of the company in the field of personnel management:

• requirements planning in personnel,
• search and candidate screen, placement of vacancies on the popular websites and loading of the curriculum vitae of candidates on the set requirements,
• planning and the expense accounting on personnel on projects and activities,
• support of procedures of adaptation and dismissal, planning and control of accomplishment – the actions connected with movement of the employee
• formation of a talent pool and talent management,
• financial motivation: creation of flexible schemes of the monetary reward,
• management of social privileges.

Implementation of the regulated procedures of work with personnel:

• labor protection,
• registration of personnel and analysis of personnel structure,

• labor relations, including personnel office-work,
