Specialists 1C-Rarus perform the following works:

  • Processings on data transfer from information bases of the Customer in uniform base "1C: Payroll and HR Management 8 are created. CORP"

  • Regulations of works with the user objects of metadata in the software configuration "1C: Payroll and HR Management 8 are made. CORP" (reference books, documents, independent registers of data) users "1C: Payroll and HR Management 8. CORP": the staff of DMTs (on sets of the executed functions); staff of technical support; other users.

  • Test transfer and testing of its results together with the Customer's employees, transfer speed assessment is carried out.

  • Testing of simultaneous operation of the planned volume of users (100-200) users is held. Load distribution on uniform base, if necessary, means of the 1C: Enterprise 8.2 platform.

  • Completions to the software configuration "1C: Payroll and HR Management 8 are created. CORP" for use of functionality of the program by the Customer (accounting of regulations on compensation, regulations on work with personnel, an internal system of document flow).

Maintenance:

  • Preferential support of 1C:ITS is issued (for the first 3/6 months since the beginning of operation of 1C: Enterprise of PROF version)
  • Delivery and installation of the delivery of ITS to a workplace of the user is monthly performed
  • Consultation on methodical questions of work with the program of 1C is performed

Description

Implementation of the "1C: Payroll and HR Management 8 CORP" software product allowed to improve quality of automation of problems of personnel management, conducting personnel records and calculations according to requirements of the legislation for the account:

  • reductions of errors in system operation when using standard functionality;
  • maximum use of new functionality, standard objects and algorithms of the software configuration "1C: Payroll and HR Management 8. CORP";
  • uses of the single database within all organization of the Customer.

The Following Tasks Were Performed:

  • Consultations on the choice of the software and options of its maintenance
  • Sale of the selected software products
  • Delivery of software products in office of the customer
  • Software installation on the customer's computers
  • Technical implementation of specific features of accounting and management in the automation system (adaptation)
  • Initial settings of standard/industry solution (program) to start accounting
  • Data transfer from the previous automation systems
  • Individual training at office of the customer
