Russian Research Group creates the automation system and production managements

The Russian Research Group company starts implementation of a corporate system of management, accounting and the reporting "INTALEV: Corporate management 7", the company contractor reported on February 13, 2013.

Background

Fast and successful development of Russian Research Group, growth of scales of business, the competition in the market of commercial development imposed new requirements to the company management automation system. Besides the separation and instability of the existing information systems of holding increased eventually. All these factors formed a basis for purposeful optimization of the existing business processes and the choice of the professional partner capable to transform problems to strengths of the company.

The choice of the partner in the project, by many parameters of selection, stopped on INTALEV company.

Job

During the project results are achieved:

• The uniform automated control system which allows to keep budget planning, management accounting and treasury is created.
• The uniform consolidated information base is created owing to what the labor input of accounting significantly decreased. The uniform information base allows to obtain operational data here and now.
• Business process optimization "The request for payment of DS" as a result of which time of carrying out the request for DS on approval stages is reduced is made.

Reports are configured:

• the report the "List of transactions" creating the list of transactions for each day of the selected period. Based on every day totals in required currency are displaid;
• the report of "BDDS" reflecting cash flow of the organization for the reporting period;
• the report "A remaining balance by the Account No." allowing to obtain up-to-date data of a remaining balance of DS on bank accounts in an account currency.

Elimination of the temporary losses caused by need of duplication of information in separate information systems became the main effect from the project.
