Perm Engine Company improves the system of financial and economic planning

JSC Perm Engine Company (JSC PMZ) completes system implementation of management of finance - "INTALEV: Corporate management", the press service of the company integrator reported on February 20, 2013.

Background

The current concept of development of the enterprise required improvement of a system of financial and economic planning, accounting and control, ensuring high-quality cost management, effective work by setting and automation of a system of budget management, integration of accounting and management accounting.

Having conducted researches of the market of enterprise management systems the management of the enterprise stopped the choice on INTALEV Group.

Job

As a part of the first stage of the project - development of procedural documentation. As a result of the done work all divisions began to understand the role and responsibility in the processes relating to a management system for finance. On the second project stage automation of a system is implemented.

Result of implementation of two functional areas Methodology and Automation:

• The regulations on each functional area reflecting methodology in the field of budget planning, management accounting, the payment schedule and financial model of agreements are created.
• The uniform automated control system for finance based on the software product "INTALEV is created: Corporate management".
