2022: Term of 8 years for fraud
On May 18, 2022, the Savelovsky Court of Moscow sentenced Andrei Trubkin to eight years in prison for a major fraud that he committed as director of the Temp NPP (developer of components of the fuel systems of strategic bombers-missile carriers Tu-22M3 and Tu-160M2).
According to TASS, citing court spokesman Maria Mikhailova, Trubkin was found guilty of four crimes committed under Part 4 of Art. 159 of the Criminal Code ("Fraud on an especially large scale"). Trubkin was detained on suspicion of embezzlement of about 200 million rubles.
