INTALEV Group begins project implementation of solution deployment of the automated control system for finance in the agro-industrial Amaranth group, the company contractor reported on February 22, 2013.
Preparation
Management of the Amaranth company came to a conclusion that further development of such multi-profile business requires creation of the uniform automated control system for finance including budget planning, management accounting, the payment schedule, document flow and the consolidated statements.
Tasks
The strategic objectives facing project teams:
- implement management accounting as the system of information support of the made decisions;
- implement schedule system of operating, financial and investment activities on everyone business to the direction and in general on group;
- improve accounting and control of an expensive component of a financial result of group.
Components
For achievement of effective objectives, the project is broken into the following functional units:
- Setting of a system of budget planning and management accounting.
- Automation of a system of budget planning.
- Payment schedule.
- Management accounting and consolidated statements.
- Document flow.
For February 27, 2013 the project is at the first stage. Are developed:
- organizational and financial structures,
- rules of uniform managerial account policy and also budget structure and structure of the management reporting, etc.
The developed and approved regulations serve as technical specifications for further setup of a program and methodical complex. The next stages of the project will be devoted to automation, testing and start of a system in trial operation.
