The Spas-TV media company starts operation of the HRM solution

1C-Rarus installed for TV channel "Saved" a product of optimization of personnel records - 1C: Payroll and HR Management 8, the press service of integrator reported on March 1, 2013.

Foundations

For effective conducting personnel records and payroll "Saviour" was required to TV channel a modern and functional information system.

Main criteria:

• Payroll;
• Calculation of the taxes and contributions on wage fund regulated by the legislation;
• Personnel office-work.

The standard functionality of the product "1C: Payroll and HR Management 8" met requirements of the media company. Involved 1C-Rarus company in works on implementation.

The contracting firm automated HRM processes: personnel records, payroll calculation, formation of the regulated reporting.

Result

The created information system allows TV channel to calculate "Saviour" of remuneration to the employees and to manage financial motivation of personnel. Reflection of the accrued payroll and taxes in costs of the company is automated.

Transparent personnel records are kept that allows to carry out the effective analysis of personnel structure, requirements planning in personnel. Together with personnel office-work accounting of labor relations is automated. According to all data recorded in a system it is possible to prepare the different reporting.
