M3 Operation

The software package M3 Operation developed by LAN ATMservice company (enters into LANIT group), is the universal multivendor product allowing bank to solve problems of remote control of software modules of bank terminals and parameters of their functioning. Thanks to a system employees of the bank can, without leaving to the ATM or the payment terminal, to update welcome screens of devices, to download videoarchives and electronic journals and also to make a screen screenshot. In addition in M3 Operation the software update of bank terminals (including start of command files) and their remote reset is available. Besides, a system supports simultaneous task performance on all devices of ATM network of bank and thanks to work at the level of XFS (the software universal level which provides an ability to manage with ATM modules) does not interfere with functioning of the programs installed earlier on the ATM.

Thanks to M3 Operation employees of the bank can service the park of devices of self-service far off: update software, download log files, electronic journals and videoarchives and also, without leaving the workplace, to overload welcome screens and advertizing welcome screens, to do screenshots of screens, to execute reset of devices. The remote solution of these and many other tasks excludes need of a technician visit to devices, allowing it is essential to reduce their idle times. Specialists of bank, creating optimal schedules, can start all necessary updates and changes in any time convenient to bank, increasing efficiency of network and optimizing management of the park of devices of self-service. 2016

The software package M3 Operation is entered in December in the Unified register of the Russian programs for electronic computers and databases. The solution for remote control bank devices of self-service is recommended to purchase by state companies. Entering of M3 Operation into the Unified register of the domestic software will provide to state customers access to the domestic, competitive and available product directed to increase in efficiency.

2013

LAN ATMservice, entering into LANIT Group, announced release of the update of the software M3 Operation in March, 2013. The complex allows banks to solve the whole range of the problems connected with automation of file exchange transactions on terminals of bank self-service. In particular, the updated software does possible creation of itemized statements on the performed works, remote change of parameters of contact of ATMs with the M3 Operation server.

In this version of M3 Operation specialists LAN ATMservice implemented a number of useful functionality. So, the updated software package allows to create itemized statements on the history of task performance and to save them in a spreadsheet format. In reports information on the status and runtime of tasks with indication of names of a task and the ATM is unloaded. In new M3 Operation perhaps remote change of parameters of communication of ATMs (the IP address and port) with the M3 Operation server. Now the procedure of migration of network of bank terminals from a test server of a complex on industrial will demand a minimum of time and will be held on a centralized basis from M3 Operation attendant workstation.

The solution M3 Operation will allow bank not only to reduce finance costs by regular departures of engineers of own customer service or specialists of the outsourcing company, but also to reduce the errors connected with a human factor.
