Career
1994: Xerox Russia
From 1994 to 1999 worked in the Russian division of XEROX company where there passed the way from the commercial representative to the head of the sales department.
2000: Director of operations "Chelyabinsk cellular communication"
In 2000 - 2001 was the Director of operations Chelyabinsk cellular communication of LLC entering into Millicom International Cellular company.
2001: Executive positions in VimpelCom Region
From 2001 to 2010 worked in JSC VimpelCom Region as the Commercial director of the Central region, the Deputy Area director of North-West Region, the Area director of the Volga region region.
2012: The Deputy CEO - the head of the Access block of a TTK-HH
In April, 2012 it was appointed to the position of the deputy CEO - the head of the Access block of a TTK-HH, fulfilled duties of the CEO of the regional enterprise.
2013: CEO
The company TTK announced in March, 2013 Vladimir Zaytsev's appointment to the CEO's position TTK-Nizhny Novgorod (TTK-HH), the regional enterprise of TransTeleCom company. At a new position Vladimir Zaytsev was responsible for business development of a TTK in the territory Nizhny Novgorod Vladimirskaya Kirov areas, the republics Tatarstan Mari El, Udmurtia and Chuvashia. Among the main objectives facing Vladimir Zaytsev - development and promotion of services and additional services for end users and also expansion of geography of provision of services of broadband access in internet and a cable television TTK-HH in an area of responsibility.
For June 10, 2014 TTK-Nizhny Novgorod worked as the CEO.
TTK-Nizhny Novgorod left the CEO's post at own will in October, 2014.
2014: CEO K-Telecom
Since November 17, 2014 it is appointed to a post of the CEO of K-Telecom company (Win-mobile brand)[1].
As of May, 2019 Vladimir Vladimirovich Zaytsev still holds a position of the CEO of K-Telecom company[2].
