NPP Burevestnik completed at the beginning of 2013 the first stage of system implementation Infor SyteLine regarding functionality Sales management, the company integrator in the project - "FRONTSTEP CIS", reported on April 18, 2013.

The choice from 100

The management of the enterprise customer came to need of creation of the corporate system connecting in a common information space planning processes and productions, purchase management and sales, condition monitoring of stocks. The choice of an information system and the supplier was performed on a tender basis, at the same time the analysis of the companies and systems was carried out more than by 100 criteria.

The FRONTSTEP CIS company submitted the concept of the solution meeting all requirements of the enterprise.

Stage first - expectations

The contractor completed the first stage of the full-scale project of creation of a corporate information system of management on the Infor SyteLine platform in NPP Burevestnik. The solution based on functionality of the ERP system of Infor SyteLine will provide support of all complex of difficult production processes and planning processes of the instrument-making enterprise, will increase efficiency of operational management of all divisions, including sale, purchases, inventory management, logistics, vendor relations and contractors.

With end of the first stage the guide of the customer received the management tool customer relations, a possibility of operational assessment of activity of the sales department, the relevant reporting under a current status of orders and stocks on finished goods warehouses. The foundation of integration of Infor SyteLine with the operating accounting system of 1C is laid. Further it is necessary to start consistently control blocks, production plannings and supply.

2016: Results of use of a data collection system of Data Collection of barcoding in JSC NPP Burevestnik

Specialists of FRONTSTEP CIS company with the assistance of IT service JSC NPP Burevestnik completed at the beginning of 2016 the project on implementation in production processes of the enterprise of a data collection system about actually made production operations of Data Collection using technology of barcoding. Decrease in unproductive costs of time by 4 times became result, automatic information transfer in ERP – a system is provided.

All processes of data collection are supported by means of the solution of FRONTSTEP CIS company for the Russian industrial enterprises. A system ensures operational work at each stage on production of finished goods.

Business scales, the internal quality standards of design and productions and also service maintenance, in combination with wide geography of presence - demand from the enterprise of maintenance at qualitatively high level of the organization of IT infrastructure. For achievement of these purposes the company management is guided by application the practician in the production sphere.

In particular, the main requirements which were imposed to the module of data collection correspond to a number of strategic tasks of NPP Burevestnik:

• Formation of the integrated information management system the activity of the enterprise based on accounting procedures and complemented with the effective mechanism of planning and the analysis;
• Risk reduction, connected with unauthenticity of information;
• Decision support at all levels of management on the basis of improvement of processes of collecting and processing of different types of information;
• Reduction of unproductive costs of time (including on support of document flow and organizational and administrative actions).

The functionality of the module of data collection of Data Collection is seamlessly integrated into any ERP system thanks to the integration mechanisms put when developing. On "The Burevestnik scientific and production enterprise the module became a part of ERP Infor SyteLine implemented by specialists of FRONTSTEP within the comprehensive program of automation of activity of the enterprise.

The data collection system about actually made transactions with use of technology of barcoding showed several advantages: flexibility of the solution (specialists of the enterprise can adapt functional logic for changes of business processes); accuracy of the data (error check is performed at the time of formation or registration of transaction); efficiency of data entry (allows to execute transactions in real time); cost reduction (due to reduction of labor input of reflection of transactions in the accounting system and due to decrease in number of iterations on information input).

The business processes requiring mass data entry, automated on JSC NPP Burevestnik:

• Registration of accomplishment of production operations;
• Registration of write-off of materials for production;
• Production registration;
• Registration actually a worked time of specific contractors.

Accomplishment of control transactions is registered using the Route sheet as a part of which coupons are created, each of which corresponds to a certain transaction according to a technology production process. Upon completion of transaction the job foremaster directs the barcode reader to the document and scans a barcode. Using the reference books which are available in ERP Infor SyteLine, a system defines at once for what works order and for what object the fact of accomplishment of transaction will be recorded and autocompletes document fields: number of the works order and transaction, code and name of a product, and so on.

Thus, using more technical transactions of barcoding, composite functions of data retrieval in reference books of any ERP system are excluded and the human factor (an input error) is excluded during the work with reference books.

The master enters actually made quantity, thereby reflecting the fact of accomplishment of transaction by this section. The in-fed information is instantly transferred to ERP Infor SyteLine and automatically is registered. Thus, the staff of the planned and dispatching department (PDD) and the management always have up-to-date information about at what stage there is a production order. Further the ERP system allows to perform comprehensive assessment of functioning of work centers in the course of control and production analysis, analyzing the reasons of deviations of course of production from the planned level.

Planned daily tasks and actually worked time

The Planned Daily Tasks (PDT) concretize for the next day (on changes) tasks of the operational schedule on start of parts in production on sections of workshop and changes, and in each change - on certain production workers taking into account the minimum number of readjustments of the equipment. ERP Infor SyteLine allows the foreman to consider different factors (including minimization of number of readjustments) and to distribute work (SSZ) on jobs by reading of a barcode of the task for production (TP) from the Route sheet.

Actually a worked time of production personnel is fixed using the Route sheet at the time of registration of accomplishment of control transactions by means of the scanner. When scanning the coupon of the Route sheet of the monitor the Full Name of the contractor on whom this transaction is written out in planned daily tasks are displayed. If transaction is written out to several contractors (two and more workers execute at the same time), then all contractors are brought.

From a planned daily task time for a preparatory stage of transaction and time for production of a batch automatically undertakes – we receive actually a worked time on each worker.

Data on actually worked time are stored in the database and output in a report type for the analysis and accounting containing a number of information: heading of a planned daily task, transaction parameters, distribution of the number of DSE registered in a dress by orders, number of a dress, a line of a dress, the transaction number, and so on. Besides, it is timed, spent by the worker for accomplishment of each dress which is summed up then, further these data are unloaded in 1C and used for payroll calculation.

2017: Project Results

On March 21, 2017 the Frontstep company announced project completion of automation of accounting of production at "The Burevestnik scientific and production enterprise.

With project completion obtaining reliable information about the course of accomplishment of the issued tasks by production divisions, about a status of security of production processes with all types of resources is guaranteed. The objectives of timely control and regulation of production, management of activity of the enterprise are achieved.

The basis of the integration solution for integration of ERP with other elements of a system is the XDE platform (it is built in ERP).

In the first stage of the project experts of integrator automated a logistic circuit of the customer and created conditions for automation of the block of the accounting of course of production (ACP).

Accounting of production is implemented by specialists Frontstep CIS on the ERP SyteLine platform.

The main subjects to operational accounting and production control are technology operations of production process of production of products on workshops and sections - up to transactions of quality control and delivery of finished goods, including intershop transfers.

The technology of reading by scanners of barcodes from the accompanying documents (route charts) is applied to fast and faultless data entry on confirmation of accomplishment of technology transactions and the movement of parts. This technology of electronic input considerably accelerates accounting procedures and excludes errors of manual entry ("a human factor").

The system of barcoding Data Collection is used in divisions:

• production workshops,
• planned and distribution bureaus (PDB),
• warehouses of the department of logistics (DL),
• production warehouses of all types.

The integrated information system automates a number of functions:

• Accomplishment of the actual complete set and issue of the main materials and component parts from warehouses OMTS and also DSE from shop warehouses of ready parts.
• Write-off of the inventory stocks (IS) on orders for production - normative and actual.
• Tracking of batches / serial numbers of MPZ by production, using accompanying marking (barcodes).
• Registration of release of ready parts and assembly units (DSE) on shop warehouses.
• Registration of defects when accounting course of production (there is also no reparable).
• Replacement rejected / additional issue of MPZ instead of inappropriate.
• Registration of production of parts in interfactory cooperation (MZK) – requirement determination, transfer of DSE and materials on the party, acceptance.
• Analysis of activities for MZK.
• The analysis of accounting of course of production – formation of the operational and management reporting.
• Data transmission from ERP SyteLine in information system 1C for the purpose of fiscal accounting and payroll calculation.

The management quickly obtains necessary information on a work progress and can make timely operational decisions for an adherence to deadlines of implementation of the production program.
