Continent R carries out automation of financial accounting

The specialized center for sale and service of special equipment of Continent R Group automated financial accounting using "1C: Accounting 8. PROF". The program allows to monitor settlings with suppliers and buyers, to keep accounting and tax accounting, to calculate salary, to prepare the regulated reporting. Automation was carried out by specialists of 1C-Rarus Samara company.

Background

Need of growth of efficiency of accounting demanded carrying out automation from the customer. For the solution of a task the company management addressed to the Samara office "1C-Rarus". After preliminary survey of needs of the client a system "1C: Accounting 8 was selected . PROF".

Job

Specialists of the contractor carried out implementation and automated:

• Sales accounting of special equipment of the largest European producers in the dealer center;
• Accounting of works on warranty and post warranty service at service station;
• Accounting of purchases, completing and sales of spare parts for special equipment;
• Settlings with suppliers of spare parts and equipment;
• Settlings with personnel on compensation;
• Accounting of a remaining balance of spare parts in a warehouse.
