Biography

Born on February 10, 1974 in the city of the Habarovskhabarovsky region.

1991: Far East Internet forum

Since 1991 organizes and advances the largest event in the Far East in information technology field - the Far East Internet forum and the accompanying its actions - the Far East Internet award "White crane" and the tender "Ms. Internet of the Far East".

1996

HGTU

In 1996 graduated from the Khabarovsk state technical university (since 2015 - Pacific National University (TOGU)).

Development of the Internet in the Far East

1996 - Was engaged in 2003 in development of the Internet in the Far East. The author of the "Internet in Schools — It Is Free" project, the founder of the first Internet agency in the Far East, the first on-line of media of the city of Khabarovsk and also a number of thematic online projects.

2003: DVGGU

Since 2003 is engaged in teaching activity at the Far Eastern State Humanitarian University (since 2015 - Pacific National University). Where at department of journalism and publishing gives online medias and Internet journalism courses.

2004: Government of Khabarovsk Krai

2004 - 2012 - the manager of the sector of online projects and technical means of head department of information and public relations of the Governor and the Government of Khabarovsk Krai. Activity is directed to promoting of work of the Governor, the Government and also all Khabarovsk Krai^[1].

Ministry for the Development of the Russian Far East

For April 19, 2013 worked as the associate director of department of the administration of the Ministry for the Development of the Russian Far East.

2012 - 2014 - the associate director of Organizational department of the Ministry for the Development of the Russian Far East.

2013: Organizing committee of the Far East Internet forum

Since 2013^[2] holds a position of the chairman of organizing committee of the Far East Internet forum].
