Tupperware: ERP and reporting under the US GAAP standard

The Taperver company completed implementing solution "Intalev: Corporate management" with the assistance of developer company INTALEV, the press service of integrator reported on May 22, 2013.

Background

Global scales of business demand from the company of formalization of many processes including regarding management of finance - the company is obliged to prepare the audited reporting under the US GAAP standards. The cluster of Tupperware of the CIS needs also to pass to the accounting system capable to prepare the reporting according to this standard.

A choice of service provider is made based on the tender for carrying out the complex project on development of methodology and automation of separate guidance loops by finance. One of requirements of tender - implementation of the software product on the platform of 1C.

Project Objectives

The project team was faced by tasks:

• Formalization of methodology and automation of reporting on US GAAP for submission to the head company;
• Formalization of methodology and automation of formation of the management reporting according to the US GAAP standards for internal use by the top manager of the company.

Results

As a result of execution of the project the reporting under US GAAP is prepared without participation of calculations in Excel (as was earlier). Data are broadcast from circuits of logistics and RAS into the accounts of US GAAP corresponding to accounts in the Khalix system.
