Russian SAP User Group - RSUG

On July 1, 2013 SAP CIS and Management board of Group of Russian-speaking users of SAP solutions (Russian SAP User Group - RSUG) announced creation of group and the beginning of joint work. For the first time RSUG was provided within SAP of Forum 2013. From this point SAP CIS and Global service SAP on interaction with independent associations of users (SAP Global User Group Organization) are actively involved in transfer of best practices on formation of RSUG.

Today SAP CIS interacts with more than 2,000 customers, communicating on a broad spectrum of questions at the level of business and IT. Nevertheless, the maturity of the market, dynamics of changes of an economic situation, calls which the Russian companies face require from SAP of gain of bilateral information exchange with all community of clients. The platform for such interaction is provided by independent associations of users which are created and controlled representatives of SAP customer companies.

The first association of users of software solutions of SAP company was organized in 1988 in Great Britain. The purposes of activity of similar Associations are: consolidation of customers needs for permanent development and creation of new solutions of SAP, the organization of effective bilateral communications with SAP company concerning product development strategy of SAP, formation of the platform for exchange of experience of implementation, use and development of SAP solutions taking into account local features of the market.

Main goal of global service SAP on interaction with independent associations of users is stimulation of development of Associations and improvement of methods and instruments of their interaction with divisions of SAP.

About 600 employees of SAP and 40 selected curators work with more than 30 associations on a permanent basis worldwide. Parmenova Natalia, the chief executive of SAP CIS will be responsible for development of relationship of SAP with community of Russian-speaking users in Russia.
