"The electronic systems" begin an implementation project of ERP

The West Concept holding started project implementation of implementation of the ERP system of Microsoft Dynamics NAV in Elektronnye sistemy Ltd company, the press service of holding reported on July 5, 2013.

Task

The management was faced by a task - to optimize process of management of a set of orders of different level of a priority. As in each project internal, external labor and material resources are attracted, it is necessary to count a financial result of each order and its terms of accomplishment. The absence in the company of a single system of production planning, warehouse management and purchase management was the main reason for the choice of the automation system.

The ELSI company showed interest in the solution on the Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2009 R2 platform and organized the multi-stage tender in which the victory was won by West Concept company.

Section

The project is divided into stages within which it is going to automate management process of a warehouse, purchases, production planning and production capacities. One of tasks is formation material specifications on products, integration with an accounting system. It should be noted, an important component in the project is to save all existing practices which are stored in systems which are used in the company at the moment.
